He will be baring all this Friday, when the highly anticipated male stripper movie Magic Mike hits the big screen, but this actor was once an adorable little southern boy who liked to ride ponies.

If you guessed Channing Tatum, you are right! The 32-year-old hunk, who will be stripping down alongside Matthew McConaughey, Alex Pettyfer, Matthew Bomer and Joe Manganiello in a theater near you, grew up in Alabama and Mississippi, where he ended up swinging from poles for money.
After dropping out of college, he was discovered by a modeling scout in Miami and enjoyed a successful career as a male model and dancer before landing himself roles in movies such as Havoc, Coach Carter and Step Up.
Now married to his Step Up costar Jenna Dewan, the in-demand actor has his pick of movie roles – including paying homage to his stripping days.
