From the red carpet of the hottest and most exclusive events to the city streets, Hollywood’s hottest stars were dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst & wackiest fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the wardrobe winners and sinners in our weekly feature.

It was all about the glam in Monte Carlo, as televisions hottest stars hit the TV Festival dressed to thrill! Eva Longoria scored the top haute honors of the week, looking marvelous in Marchesa at the Closing Ceremony.

Back on the homefront, Lea Michele stunned at the 11th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball, wearing a gorgeous Emilio Pucci gown, while Viola Davis showed off her gorgeous girls in a strapless Max Mara dress at the Women In Film Crystal + Lucy Awards.

As for looks we didn’t like? Katy Perry experienced a flapper fashion faux pas in vintage Nolan Miller at the City of Hope’s Music And Entertainment Industry Group Honors Bob Pittman party in Los Angeles, and Emma Stone failed at the Seoul premiere of The Amazing Spider-Man, wearing a Fendi dress with Stella McCartney heels.
