All the evidence points to a big financial loss for CSI creator Anthony Zuiker, who has listed his Los Angeles mansion at almost $1.75 million less than what he and his wife paid for it in 2008.

After shelling out $9,350,000, the esteemed drama writer is now asking $7,595,000 for the 6,689 square feet Brentwood Colonial style home, which boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms and huge sash windows that let all the California sunshine flood in, RealEstalker.com is reporting.

Hardwood floors and features such as free-standing bathtubs, fireplaces and low hanging chandeliers give the house a historical feel to it, while French windows open up to pristine manicured lawns.

A-list neighbors include Maria Shriver, Helen Hunt and Tobey Maguire.
