It’s no Copacabana, but Barry Manilow’s Malibu mansion would still make a sweet party spot for any groovy home-buyer now that the iconic singer has relisted the house for $6,950,000, and RadarOnline.com has photos inside.

The Mandy singer bought the 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house in 2002 for $3,850,000, and has tried to sell it at an exorbitant profit over recent years before settling on the current more modest asking price, reported Trulia Luxe Living.

The walled and gated contemporary home is tucked behind a courtyard entrance in the affluent Malibu location that boasts breathtaking views of the Pacific ocean and the wide, sandy beach.

Inside the 3,546 square foot house is a step-down 2-story living room with floor-to-ceiling glass, vaulted ceilings and limestone floors. A charming guest house nestles across the courtyard, for over-night guests who want a little extra privacy.
