Deal Or No Deal host Howie Mandel is hoping to come out a winner in the real estate stakes after listing his Malibu home at an asking price of $7.25 million.
The comic turned game show host's home has been on the market since November 2011 and epitomizes California living with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in almost 6,000 square feet, and RadarOnline.com has photos, courtesy of Realtor.com.
Located in the beach haven of Point Dume, the ocean side mansion was designed by architect Douglas Burdge and sits on more than an acre of land, with a large pool and outdoor patio area that are perfect for enjoying the long LA summers.
Inside, white walls and huge windows let natural light flood in and a large dining area with wooden floors makes entertaining easy - especially when guests get to admire the breath-taking sunset over the Pacific.
On a rare cool night, fireplaces in the living room and on the patio bring welcome warmth.
