The Malibu estate that Britney Spears called home during her marriage to Kevin Federline has hit the market after a total make-over.
Writer/director Stephen Sommers and his wife, Jana, who purchased the property from Spears for $10 million in 2007, have listed their home for $13.5 million.
Situated in the gated community of Serra Retreat, the estate has 1.5 acres with a free-form swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.
The remodeled main house has a home theater, two family rooms, a kitchen designed for entertaining, plus six bedrooms and nine baths.
As RadarOnline.com recently reported, the Beverly Hills mansion where Brit had her infamous breakdown, has been listed for just under $3 million. That's just 40 percent of what the pop star paid for the place.
