Adrienne Maloof's Former Employee Suing For Failure To Pay Overtime

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Adrienne Maloof, and her husband, plastic surgeon, Dr. Paul Nassif, are being sued by a former household employee for failure to pay overtime, not providing meal and break times and not providing earning statements, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

According to the documents, Deanna Cesena, began working for the couple in 2005 and took care of the children, cleaning, driving, household work, and "running personal errands for Mrs. Maloof, driving Mrs. Maloof to appointments, making phone calls for Mrs. Maloof, and other various tasks assigned to her."

The lawsuit alleges that Cesena was paid a flat rate per week and not paid overtime for her work, and that she was fired on November 19, 2011. Cesena is seeking "recovery of unpaid compensation..for 30 days of wages as penalty for failure to pay all wages due to Plaintiff at the time of termination..for costs of the lawsuit."
