She is known as one of the skinniest stars in Hollywood, but Victoria Beckham insists that she represents the masses when it comes to her body type!

In a new interview with the UK edition of Harper’s Bazaar, the Spice Girl turned fashion designer reveals the logic behind testing out all of her fashions on herself – because she stands for the general public!

“We always joke that we have this fabulously gorgeous 17-year-old model who is six-foot-whatever and then I say ‘OK, I’m going to put it on. I stand for the general public here,’” she maintains to the fashion magazine.

“It’s how I work. I found it really difficult when I was pregnant and I couldn’t do that. It’s part of the process - I’ll stand here in my knickers and start draping fabric over myself. It was very hard when I didn’t have my body.”

Beckham recently revealed to Vogue that after giving birth to baby Harper, she got her body back by exercising almost every day.

"I worked out a lot. I ran a lot. I did it six days a week. I become quite obsessive when I get into something," she said.
