Tamra Barney's Divorce Settlement: No Spousal Support & Ordered To Be Civil To Ex-Husband

Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Barney's divorce settlement with her second husband, Simon Barney, reveals that neither one will pay child or spousal support and that they must be civil to each other, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
As we previously reported, the blonde beauty is clearly ready to put her bad marriage behind her as she just got engaged to hunky Eddie Judge.

Tamra was married to Simon Barney for 11 years and they have three children together, ranging in age from 5-11 years old. The divorce settlement, which was signed off by the judge on October 12, 2011, states "neither party shall pay child support to each other. The parties shall each be responsible for the needs of the minor children during their respective period of physical custody."

The former couple also "do hereby waive, now and forever, any and all rights to spousal support and/or maintenance, both temporary and permanent and further do hereby release the other from any and all claims past, present and future for spousal support and/or maintenance."
Simon got to keep a 2002 Harley Davidson, several bank accounts and a 1987 Ferrari. Tamra got all post separation income and rights to her website.

Both parties were ordered to not make derogatory remarks "about the other party in the presence of any child of the marriage or to the public," the court docs state. Tamra and Simon were also ordered to pay their own attorneys' fees.
