Being sold by “the conservatorship for Britney Spears”, the 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom Tuscan-style villa is situated in the Beverly Hills gated community, The Summit. Brit originally plopped down a whopping $6.75 million on the spread.
The swanky single family home boasts such luxury amenities as a master suite with his and hers baths, a fabulous kitchen with Viking appliances, a pool and spa and a private maid’s quarters.
Listed as a “Probate Sale” the final sale of the property has to be approved by the court.
The lavish estate that Britney leased for $25K a month directly following her breakdown recently hit the market for just under $10 million.
