It's been awhile since we have seen Taylor Momsen wear something other than stripper shoes!

The Gossip Girl turned hardcore rocker shocked every one at New York Fashion Week on Wednesday, showing up for the Marchesa show dressed like a lady, and RadarOnline.com has the photos to prove it!

Wearing a sexy but sophisticated dark lace cocktail dress, and replacing her usual stripper heels and S&M boots with a pair of simple and elegant nude heels, the 18-year-old looked drastically different and more grown up than she ever has.  Still intact was her trademark smoky eyed look, which we could have lived without, but progress, not perfection, right?

"I love stripper shoes and I always try to find the tallest ones!" Taylor confessed in an interview with FHM last year.

"I'm always surprised no one talks about my shoes. I'm, like, on stage in 15-inch heels but people talk more about my eye make-up, which has stayed the same forever. I always think that's funny. I'm 5'8". So I'm really tall.

Also in attendance at the show was Stacy Keibler, who was most likely shopping for an Oscar dress, Jenna Dewan Tatum, Petra Nemcova, Rachel Zoe and Bar Refaeli

The collection, which was inspired by aspects of religious art and iconography, was paired with Christian Louboutin heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry for the runway, and is sure to be a hit on the red carpet with all the A-listers.

What do you think about Taylor's new looks? Sound off below.
