David Hyde Pierce Selling His Stunning Los Feliz Mansion: Take A Peek Inside!

Former Frasier star David Hyde Pierce has listed his Los Feliz, California mansion for a whopping $7.5 million, and RadarOnline.com has all the photos so you can take a peek inside.

Built in 1929, the Spanish Colonial home boasts four bedrooms, two fireplaces, city and ocean views, a large home gym, home theater, sauna, private pool and spa and a wine vault.

Pierce bought the house for less than half of the current listing price just nine years ago, but poured money into it in 2004 with renovations.

Aside from the main living space -- which also has stained glass ceilings and sweeping staircases -- the home also features a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom guest house.

Pierce won four Emmys for Best Supporting Actor during his 11-year run on Frasier; Since then, he’s appeared on Broadway and done a handful of voiceovers on shows like The Simpsons.
