Courteney Cox’s ‘Pre-Friends’ Starter House Hits The Market: Take A Peek Inside

She may live in a Malibu mansion by the sea now, but before Courteney Cox skyrocketed to stardom on the hit show Friends, the actress lived in a somewhat humble abode in the Hollywood Hills.

The 3,832 square foot home, which resides on a 10,410 square foot lot, boasts five bedrooms and four and a half baths and is located on Appian Way in the 90046 zip code. Built in 1926, it features such luxuries as two fireplaces, a formal dining room, library office and a heated swimming pool with a cabana.

Folk singer Carole King resided in the house before Courteney, during the time period her hit album Tapestry was released.

Apparently someone wants to sleep in Courteney’s old bedroom! Though the home just hit the market less than a week ago, it appears to already have been snapped up by a buyer, with the status “pending” splashed across the listing.
