Destiny's child arrived over the weekend, and we've got new details about Beyonce and Jay-Z's newborn daughter Blue Ivy, right here for you on RadarOnline.com.
The 30-year-old Dreamgirls stunner -- checked in under the name “Ingrid Jackson” -- delivered the child via Cesarean section Saturday evening at Manhattan's Lenox Hill Hospital, where they paid $1.3 million for use of the facility's fourth floor, Good Morning America reported on Monday.
Speaking of four, the number figures in of major importance to the uber-superstitious 16-time Grammy Award winner and 42-year-old husband, as "Ivy" was inspired by the Roman numeral IV, corresponding to the letter four. (Beyonce was born on September 4, Jay-Z on December 4 and they wed on April 4, 2008.)
And as for Blue -- Jay-Z's favorite color -- the music-makers foreshadowed the baby’s naming, reportedly giving all their friends and family blue presents for the holidays.
