George Clooney will, no doubt, nab a nod for The Descendants and Michelle Williams For My Week With Marilyn, but will Melissa McCarthy be recognized for her hilarious scene stealing turn in Bridesmaids? We’re about to find out.
Sofia Vergara, Rashida Jones, Woody Harrelson, and Gerard Butler will be introduced by Hollywood Foreign Press Association president Aida Takla-O’ Reilly to announce this year’s nominees in 25 categories for movies and TV.
The awards will be handed out in a live broadcast on NBC on Sunday, January 15. Controversial British funnyman Ricky Gervais will host the show for the third time.
