Nothing compares Tat-too!

Sinead O’Connor came out from behind her Twitter account Thursday night to show off her new look and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

The 44-year-old singer attended the 2011 amfAR Insipiration Gala at West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont and surprised guests with a much thinner body than when she was last seen with, a shaved head and a large new tattoo in the middle of her chest.

Sinead made headlines recently when she posted bizarre messages on her Twitter account ranting about her non-existent sex life and penchant for inanimate objects and then asking her followers for advice on how to take her own life.

The Nothing Compares 2 U singer later recanted, explaining that she does "believe suicide is a sin" and that it’s just "a permanent solution to a temporary problem," but that “its ok to FEEL suicidal.”
