Reese Witherspoon Hit By A Car, Rushed To Hospital

Academy Award winner Reese Witherspoon was hit by a car Wednesday afternoon and was rushed to the hospital RadarOnline.com has learned.

Witherspoon, 35, was jogging when she was hit by the car that was going 20 mph according to the Santa Monica Police Department.  She was then taken to a local hospital.

“Reese Witherspoon was hit by a car on Wednesday and sustained minor injuries,” a police spokesperson told RadarOnline.com.

Thankfully, Reese seems to be on the mend already and is currently back home and resting her rep told Entertainment Tonight.

The actress recently returned from a vacation with her new husband, agent Jim Toth, and her children from her first marriage, daughter Ava and son Deacon.

Witherspoon and Toth, 40, married March 26 in a romantic ceremony at her ranch in picturesque Ojai, Calif.
