The Middleton sisters duke it out!

The future Queen of England, Kate Middleton, looked regal at the Royal Marsden hospital wearing an Amanda Wakeley sculpted felt long sleeved seamed dress and her fave LK Bennett heels and clutch on Thursday.

Meanwhile, her little sister Pippa Middleton, affectionately nicknamed Her Royal Hotness, was spotted walking in London in a white dress with her new favorite accessories, a red Prada purse and red French Sole flats.

Pippa’s white dress is the same as the pretty red one she wore this summer while watching her boyfriend Alex Loudon play cricket.

Kate and her new husband, Prince William were visiting the Royal Marsden hospital to open a new children’s cancer unit. While hard working Pippa was heading to the office.
