Actor Tom Sizemore Arrested; Held On $26,000 Bail

Actor Tom Sizemore has been arrested in Los Angeles, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Police tell RadarOnline.com the Saving Private Ryan actor, 49, was taken into custody at an apartment building near downtown L.A. around 1:15 am PT and was booked at 3 am PT for an outstanding warrant.

Authorities went to the apartment building as part of an ongoing drug investigation; Sizemore happened to be there, and when police ran his record, they found an outstanding battery warrant, and immediately took him into custody.

He’s being held on $26, 000 bail.

The actor has a history of legal troubles, including a conviction on domestic violence charges in 2003 in connection with accusations he hit his then-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.

In 2010, he appeared on the third season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew and later appeared on Sober House.

He recently joined the cast of the CBS hit drama Hawaii Five-O.
