From the hottest summer concerts to the city streets, stars were out and about on Monday dressed to rock and shock in the best and worst fashions – and RadarOnline.com has the photos!

LeAnn Rimes looked charitably chic during a gig at ACM’s Lifting Lives show in Chicago

showing off her fat-free figure in fab fashion. The skinny starlet showed off her svelte stems in black shorts and a neutral wrap shirt, finishing off the look with a camel-colored belt and snaky slingbacks.

Dianna Agron experienced a fashion flop in floral, wearing a sheer shift dress over black pants to the Adele show at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. The Glee girl finished off the look with clunky booties, and of course, her pink streaked hair.

Krysten Ritter sexed up the Gen Art Screening Series: Life Happens in NYC, wearing nude and black strappy sandals with a lace cocktail dress, while Kylie Minogue was dressed to thrill in Portofino, wearing her Dolce & Gabbana snow leopard print bag with a floral frock.
