Shocking Transformation! Is That Really Sally Kirkland?

Academy Award nominated actress Sally Kirkland attended the New York International Film Festival opening night gala premiere of The Last Gamble on Thursday, looking drastically different from her former self - and RadarOnline.com has the shocking photos!
The 69-year-old star, who has been featured in several Broadway plays, television shows and movies over the years, hit the red carpet of her movie screening in an eccentric ensemble (which included a totally sheer black top and UGG boots) -- but it was the features of her face which made her identity questionable.
Kirkland is a minister in the Church of The Movement of Spiritual Awareness, and is also the founder of the Kirkland Institute for Implant Survival Syndrome, which advocates for women who have been harmed by breast implants.
