REPORT: Suspect Took Out $1.5 Million Insurance Policy On Missing Woman In Aruba

We may now know the motive -- money.
Gary Giordano took out an $1.5 million accidental death insurance policy out on Robyn Gardner, the Maryland woman now missing in Aruba, according to ABC News.
Giordano, 50, took out the policy prior to their trip and it names him as a beneficiary.
Authorities have also found blood behind the restaurant where they were last seen together.
Gardner, 35, has been missing for two weeks and is presumed dead by police in Aruba. Giordano claims he last saw her snorkeling off an isolated beach on August 2.
Giordano – who has a history of domestic violence against women – met Gardner on an online dating site last year.
He remains in custody in Aruba, but at this time, has not been charged with any wrongdoing.
