Redmond O'Neal's Troubles Just Got Even Worse - Charged With Felony Gun & Drug Possession

Redmond O'Neal has been formally charged by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office of two felonies, including possession of a gun, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The criminal complaint against O'Neal states: "A Felony, was committed by REDMOND JAMES ONEAL, who did unlawfully own, possess, purchase, receive, and have custody and control of a firearm, to wit, handgun, the said defendant having theretofore been duly and legally convicted of a felony or felonies."
Redmond was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, heroin. O'Neal is expected to be arraigned this afternoon at the LAX Airport Courthouse.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Ryan & Tatum O'Neal were at the courthouse.
Redmond's legal ace attorney, Richard Pintal is expected to ask Judge Keith Schwartz to release Redmond on bail to a residential rehab facility. Redmond is currently being held without bail.
As a convicted felon, under California law, Redmond isn't allow to own a gun.
