Sharon Stone Trial Begins Tuesday Afternoon; Star Expected To Testify

Basic Instinct star Sharon Stone will be testifying this week in a lawsuit that was filed against the Hollywood actress by a man that claims he slipped and fell on her property, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
Peter Krause, not the actor, is suing Stone for negligence and premises liability after claiming that in 2006, he fell on Stone's property and suffered internal injuries. Krause is seeking unspecified damages.

The trial will begin Tuesday afternoon in a Los Angeles courtroom, and Sharon Stone is on the witness list and is expected to testify. Peter Krause is also expected to testify. Also on the witness list are various doctors, and a representative of the State Compensation Witness Fund.
Jurors will also see detailed diagrams and photographs of Stone's backyard.
