Paris Hilton's Stalker Pleads Not Guilty

Paris Hilton's stalker pleaded not guilty to violating his restraining order after he was arrested outside the heiresses Malibu home, RadarOnline.com can report.
James Brian Rainford appeared before a judge on Tuesday at a Van Nuys, Ca courtroom where he was arraigned.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported Rainford was supposed to stay at least 200 yards away from the reality star, but was picked up outside her house on July 4.
It's the third Hilton-related run-in with the law Rainford's had this year: In January, the 36-year-old Los Angeles man pleaded no contest to trespassing at her Hollywood Hills home.
He also pleaded no contest to battery after attacking Hilton's now ex, Cy Waits outside a court in April.
He was released from custody after serving 24 days of a 227-day sentence.
Rainford will be back in court for his latest arrest on July 15 2011.
