American Express has requested to have an $86k unpaid credit card lawsuit it filed against Jasmine Guy dismissed.
In court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Amex is asking that the lawsuit be dismissed without prejudice, which usually means that an amicable settlement has been reached.
As we previously reported, American Expressed originally claimed in their lawsuit that the 49-year-old beauty, who shot to fame playing Whitley Gilbert on The Cosby Show spin-off, A Different World, "has received the monthly billing statements without protest, and has not advised American Express that such statements were in error in any respect."
