Halle Berry’s Alleged Stalker Identified – Read The Police Booking Report

Los Angeles police have now identified Halle Berry’s alleged stalker – he’s Richard Anthony Franco, 27, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the official police booking report.

As we reported earlier, a man was arrested late Monday night in the yard of Berry’s Hollywood Hills home. Police tell us Berry’s private security team – composed of off-duty cops – saw the man on a security camera as he jumped over a back wall and entered the premises around 11pm Monday.

The security detail then apprehended the suspect and called the LAPD, who arrested the man.

Earlier, police would not release the name of the suspect, but would only describe him as a “younger guy”. According to his police booking report, Franco is 5’9” and weighs 175 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He’s  been booked on suspicion of felony stalking and remains in custody at this time. His bail is set at $150,000.
