George Takei Weighs In On Tracy Morgan Anti-Gay Rant

Openly gay actor George Takei has responded to comedian Tracy Morgan's alleged homophobic rant during a show at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee last week.
"In stand-up rant, Tracy Morgan threatened to kill his son if he were gay," the Star Trek star tweeted Friday. "I suspect his dad is next for naming him 'Tracy.'"
Since coming out of the closet in October 2005, Takei has been an advocate for same sex marriage, and currently acts as a spokesperson for the Human Rights Campaign.

The Howard Stern Show personality and his partner Brad Altman were married September 14, 2008 in Los Angeles.
Morgan has yet to comment on the controversy.
