We've just received these photos of Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon leaving Los Angeles’ UCLA Medical Center Saturday, marking the first time we’ve ever seem Mariah, the mom.
The Vision of Love singer, radio funnyman Cannon, and their twins -- boy Moroccan Scott and girl Monroe -- were safely tucked in blue and pink blankets, as the A-list clan pulled out in their Rolls Royce Phantom.
