Sporting a sexy two-piece, the 18-year-old pumped up her dancers and crew before hitting the stage in Lima, Peru.

The former Hannah Montana star let Hollywood.TV grab a sneak peek of the new show and a clip of her performing her hit single I Can’t Be Tamed.
