Paris Hilton will be testifying this week against the knife wielding man that tried to break into her Beverly Hills mansion last year, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
Nathan Parada's felony burglary trial will begin on Monday in a Van Nuys, California courtroom.
The hotel heiress tells RadarOnline: "The detectives came to my house last week to serve a subpoena to let me know we were to take the stand and testify against the intruder."
Paris boyfriend, Cy Waits will also be testifying at the trial as he held Parada at gunpoint after discovering he was trying to break into Paris' Mullholland Estates compound.
Parada had a very large knife in his possession when he was arrested last summer. Parada is charged with attempted burglary, a felony, and if convicted, he could get six years in state prison.
