This one must have hurt.

David Arquette, sitting in on The Howard Stern Show for the second day in a row, admitted Thursday he'd once broke a wine glass over his own head in a jealous rage over his now-estranged wife, Courteney Cox.

Arquette said that the incident, which happened years before they married, stemmed out of jealousy over a love scene Cox was filming.

"I used to be super-jealous -- breaking f**king wine glasses over my head and s***t -- I used to be out of my f**king mind," the Scream 4 star said.

Arquette added he’d been asking Cox if the actor she’d been working with had an erection during the scene.

"I was drunk on wine -- I grabbed the wine glass and busted it over my head... blood started flowing,” Arquette said.
