VIDEO: Snooki Says She Doesn't Regret Drinking Arrest, Doesn't Have Drinking Issues

Snooki said she doesn't regret getting arrested last summer on a public drinking charge -- and that she doesn’t have a drinking problem -- in an appearance on The Today Show Tuesday.

The pint-sized Jersey Shore spitfire -- saying the arrest was “a lesson learned” -- admitted she "really needs to watch her drinking when it comes to partying during the day in the summer.

“I’m definitely not going to do that anymore,” she said.

Lauer asked Snooki, “Do you have a drinking issue?” to which she said “No -- I’m 23 years old!”

Lauer then told her “a lot of 23-year-olds have drinking issues,” to which Snooki said, “Well, not me.

"I’m good -- I only party during the summer like that; it’s not like this all year round," she said.

Lauer rehashed Snooki's September sentencing in the incident, where the presiding judge called her a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe."

Said Snooki: “I think he doesn’t know what he’s talking about -- people can judge me, they can have their opinions about me good or bad, but not everyone is going to like me.”
