In an exclusive video interview with RadarOnline.com, Randy spills on the upcoming season and insists that when it comes to the new judges, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler, the audience are 'gonna love 'em'.
Many critics have expressed doubt that the show will be able to maintain its massive ratings following the departure last season of acid tongued Brit, Simon Cowell, the judge that everyone loved to hate.
But Jackson insists that the show is only going to get bigger and better and that there are plenty of reasons to keep tuning in.
"It's gonna be hot," Jackson tells RadarOnline.com. "You're gonna love it. I'm telling you, trust me. There's lots of new talent."
Jackson will be the last standing "dawg" at the judges' table and says he's excited by the opportunity to work with fresh talent, in the form of Lopez and Tyler - insisting that they have a whole lot to bring to the judging table.
"Heat, that's what they're going to bring," he says of the two singing sensations. "Watch, you're going to love them. Steven is mad cool. I love him."

Jackson was at The Grove in Los Angeles filming a segment with Mario Lopez for the TV show, Extra, and joked about the show host performing on Idol.
"Mario's gonna sing. We're gonna do a hip hop album with Mario," Jackson said as he laughed. "Me and Mario and Lil Wayne are doing this crazy album. The only problem, we just gotta call Lil Wayne first."
