The investigation into Samantha’s dog concluded “the guardian/custodian is unwilling or unable to properly train, handle or maintain the animal within the City of West Hollywood.”

Samantha was warned in the ruling “if the animal is not permanently relocated as indicated hereinabove, or, if the animal is returned into the City of West Hollywood, the animal shall be humanely destroyed.”

Ronson recently relocated to Venice, a beach community in the city of Los Angeles.

RadarOnline.com spoke with Lt. Castillo of the Los Angeles Department of Animal Services who said that Samantha’s dog is welcome in Venice because “no crime has been committed here in Los Angeles,” but that she must get a $20 license for the dog to live in LA.

She had to present this license to the Brent-Air Animal Hospital before Cadillac was released to her.

The owner of one of Cadillac’s victims, Farnouche Kamran, spoke about her disappointment that the city was not prosecuting Ronson for the dog’s attacks and just telling her to leave the city.

Kamran said that was “just throwing the garbage into the other city,” the WeHo News reported.  She said instead of emphasizing that the responsibility for a dog’s bad behavior rests with the guardian she said “they are giving the dog back to her and telling her to leave the city.”
