Jaime Pressly Arrested On DUI Charge; See Her Mug Shot

Actress Jaime Pressly -- best known for her Emmy winning role on the NBC sitcom My Name is Earl -- was arrested Wednesday night on suspicion of drunk driving, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Authorities say Pressly, 33, was driving in Santa Monica, California around 11:36 p.m. PT when police pulled her over for a traffic violation.
Pressly was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI and then booked.
Her bail has been set at $15,000.
Pressly is married to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh. She has a young son Dezi from a previous relationship.
