Sporting a tan that would make even Snooki green with envy, controversial Teen Mom Amber Portwood shopped for a car Saturday.  And she had her mom and new boyfriend along for the ride, has learned.

Amber has had the most tumultuous last two weeks.  On the heels of being charged with domestic abuse following the airing of an episode where she beat her now ex-boyfriend and baby daddy Gary Shirley, the Indiana Department of Child Protective Services removed daughter Leah from her home and placed the two-year-old with her father.

Leah has since been returned to Amber, 20, but remains under the supervision of DCS.

As exclusively revealed earlier this week, that's not good enough for Shirley.

He's upset that Amber now has her new boyfriend Clinton Yunker staying with her while Leah is also there.

Clinton is obviously becoming more a fixture in Amber's life though, as our photos taken at a used car lot in Anderson, Indiana show.

Not that Amber gets her way with everything though.  Her mom was very obviously displeased when Amber took a liking to a spiffy 2006 Chrysler 300C with a hefty $45,000 price tag.

The reality star still insisted on checking out the vehicle before moving on to some more affordable autos.
