Reese Witherspoon Engaged!

We told you he was going to put a ring on it!
Just days after RadarOnline.com broke the exclusive news that Reese Witherspoon’s boyfriend Jim Toth was shopping for an engagement ring and about to pop the question, she has accepted his proposal.
Reese and Jim got engaged over the holidays after a whirlwind romance. This will be the second marriage for Reese, who divorced Ryan Phillippe in 2008. Reese has two children with Ryan, daughter Ava, 11, and son Deacon, 7.
"They are extremely happy," a rep for the Academy Award winning actress told Usmagazine.com
Reese and Jim started dating in January, shortly after her split with actor Jake Gyllenhaal.
There is no word yet on what kind of ring Reese is wearing, but a source told RadarOnline.com "price wasn't an issue," for Toth, who was named of the new head of CAA's motion picture talent department in September.
Reese is currently starring in the James Brooks holiday movie How Do You Know.
