The Rancics, who suffered a miscarriage earlier this year, discussed how they have used IVF (In vitro fertilization) in their hopes to have a child.

"Her part was a lot tougher than mine," Bill said. "For me, it's brought us closer together... it's really strengthened our bond, and I've found a new respect for Giuliana.

"I look at her in a different light now that I've never seen before," the handsome winner of The Apprentice told us.

Giuliana said Bill's been "more of a man that I ever knew he was" in letting her know how much he loves her, with or without kids.

"I think for women going through this sort of thing, you need that -- you need your partner to tell you that and reassure you," Giuliana said.

Gorgeous Giuliana’s kept positive despite the setbacks, telling us, "If you're shaken from the fall, you can't get back on the horse; I just had to get over the fall."

Bill, 39, and Giuliana, 36, also promoted a romantic contest they're taking part in New Year's Eve for Nivea, in which they'll be reuniting long-distance couples for a midnight kiss as the ball drops in New York's Times Square.

Giuliana & Bill airs Mondays on The Style Network at 8/7c and 11/10c.
