BRIDAL BOOTCAMP: Nicole Richie's Pre-Wedding Diet & Fitness Secrets

Every bride wants to look their very best on their wedding day, and gorgeous Nicole Richie is no exception.
The reality TV star has been cleansing and hitting the gym regularly to get that perfect bride figure, and RadarOnline.com has a rundown of her pre-wedding rituals.
For the past month, Richie has been spotted putting in some quality time at Tracy Anderson Method Studios in Studio City, Ca.
Richie's grueling workouts include a high-impact cardio routine that involves dancing, kicking, boxing and stretching.
Other stars such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Courteney Cox, and Shakira have trained at the same studio.
In addition to her vigorous workout, Richie, 29, has incorporated a juice cleanse into her program.
The starlet recently tweeted: "Just got my juices for the day. I'm probably gonna have to pee... Like 40 times."
The former Simple Life star and her rocker fiancee Joel Madden, 31, are set to tie the knot before a star-studded guest list. One possible location for the shindig: the Beverly Hill home of Nicole's proud dad, music icon Lionel Richie.
"Christmas has always been about family and faith for Nicole and Joel, so there is no better time of the year for them to wed," an insider told RadarOnline.com about the possibility of a December nuptials.
While the super-secret details of the couple's wedding have not been released, RadarOnline.com has learned that close pal Christina Aguilera and Lindsay Lohan's ex-lover Samantha Ronson are both planning to be in attendance though Aguilera's professional commitments might get in the way.
One top choice for maid of honor could Nicole's best friend, Masha Gordon, while the best man is expected to be Joel's twin brother, Benji.
Nicole's daughter Harlow is also rumored to be included in the actual ceremony as a flower girl, though no word on her son Sparrow's role.
The lovebirds have been dating since late 2006 and have two children together - Harlow, 2, and one-year old Sparrow.
