PHOTOS: Tiger Woods - From Being 'On Guard' To 'En Garde'

After the tumultuous year he’s had, Tiger Woods might need a little serenity in his life, so on his trip to Shanghai he took some Tai Chi lessons with a sword, and he looked pretty happy.

Gone was the scowl; instead Tiger was all smiles as he played and posed with the sword during his lesson.

Tiger is in Shanghai for the WGC HSBC Champions golf tournament that starts Thursday.

In a recent interview, Tiger acknowledged that he hasn’t been playing his best golf lately.

“To be number one in the world you have to win regularly and I haven’t done that lately,” Woods said.

While Tiger is chasing his next golf championship, his gorgeous ex-wife Elin and their children Sam and Charlie were spotted over the weekend in Florida trick-or-treating.
