Before the world knew that Eva Longoria and Tony Parker’s marriage was over following another round of infidelity, the husband of Parker’s alleged mistress (and his former San Antonio Spurs teammate) has filed for divorce, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

DOCUMENTS: Divorce Petition From the Husband Of Tony Parker's Alleged Mistress

On October 29, 2010, Brent Barry filed for divorce in Bexar County in Texas from his wife Erin. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Erin and Tony traded text messages. While some reports have said the texts between Tony and Erin were “innocent” that’s absolutely not true, RadarOnline.com learned. The texts were flirtatious and sexual and “crossed the line,” a source close to the situation revealed.

“Look, any wife is going to be upset with what Tony did, but he swears the relationship with Erin stopped there and they never had sex,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “And Parker also says the text messages ended months ago.”

Brent lists the cause of divorce as the 'marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities.'
