EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Lisa Vanderpump - 'My Mansion Isn't For Sale, Except For The Right Price!'
Nov. 26 2010, Published 9:20 a.m. ET
Lisa Vanderpump is not trying to sell her $30 million Beverly Hills estate, unless the price is right, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
She is not actively trying to sell her house, she insists, saying reports to the contrary are incorrect.
"If you know someone who wants to buy my house they can, if they've got the money," the uber rich BH socialite jokes.
Rumors quickly spread when a website listed Vanderpump's mansion for sale. RHOBH co-star Kyle Richards' real estate tycoon husband Mauricio Umansky's name was listed as Vanderpump's real estate agent.
Vanderpump told RadarOnline.com that Umansky showcased the seven bedroom, 10 bathroom estate as a pocket listing -- meaning Umansky put the home on a website to see if anyone would try to buy it.
A pocket listing does not mean that a home owner is actively trying to sell their home.
"If I was really looking to sell it, then it would be on the market," Vanderpump, better known as Pinky to close friends tells us.
Vanderpump owns two upscale restaurants: West Hollywood’s Sur and Beverly Hills’ Villa Blanca.
Relaxing at the IN ADD MINUS party for the opening of it's first store on the west coast, Vanderpump says while her house is enormous for her and her husband, she'll have a full house for Thanksgiving.

"That's the only time that my house comes into use and it's the holidays," the restaurateur tells RadarOnline.com. "Everyone kind of of gravitates home which I love."
As far as the ongoing drama on RHOBH between Richards and Camille Grammar, Vanderpump says she's not taking any sides.
"I try not to take sides. I think there's a huge misunderstanding between Kyle and Camille but it was very difficult to put it to bed. It kept going on and on and on and on, it was like the song that never ends.
"They just have really differences of opinion. Of course I'm closer to Kyle, that's pretty evident. But I wouldn't take sides with Kyle just because I'm close to her. I would be objective about it. And trust me it doesn't stop. It keeps going and going and going and it's a bloody nightmare."
