Randy and Evi Quaid have been arrested in Vancouver, BC, on alleged Immigration Act Violations, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to CBC News, the wacky couple was detained sometime over the last 48 hours and must now appear Friday afternoon at an Immigration Refugee Board detention review.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the Quaids skipped out on a court ordered hearing in Santa Barbara, Calif., on Monday relating to felony burglary charges and misdemeanor counts for allegedly moving back into and vandalizing a home they once owned.

A judge issued bench warrants in the amount of $50,000 each.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report last Friday, the bizarre couple was charged with "felony vandalism exceeding $400.00 and a misdemeanor of unauthorized entry of a dwelling house", according to a spokesperson from the District Attorney's Office in Santa Barbara.

Additionally, Evi picked up a second misdemeanor for "resisting obstruct delay of a peace officer or EMT (emergency medical technician)."
