Porn star Sasha Grey had one more party celebrating her sensational Playboy magazine cover, and RadarOnline.com has pictures from the bash.
The porn-turned-mainstream actress, who has been playing herself on Entourage, struck a sultry pose with a giant blow-up of her October cover.
The party was appropriately held at the Playboy Club at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
