The Beautiful singer was snapped with some pals on the balcony of her penthouse suite in Waikiki on Sunday.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Aguilera, 29, filed for divorce last week from her music producer hubby, Jordon Bratman, 33, after nearly five years of marriage.
The couple has a 2-year-old son Max.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported last Friday, a source has told us that the couple had an "open marriage", and that Aguilera was known to hook up with women, with her husband's knowledge.
