Staub is still refusing to turn over the keys to the million dollar mansion in Wayne, New Jersey, to the court appointed real estate agent.
In the meantime, she has supposedly left the home in disarray and a deteriorated state.
“I’ve had neighbors call irate, as anyone would be, to have a house that’s neglected like this,” said Bob Lindsay, from Coldwell Banker.

It is now expected to fetch $1,095,000.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Staub has not been cooperating with a court order to sell the house and split the proceeds with her ex-husband Thomas.
She moved out of the home on September 8.
“But I haven’t be able to get in,” Lindsay told Tom Murro, aka the Celebrity Magnet this RadarOnline.com video.
The home “needs updates,” Lindsay said and showed our cameras how overgrown the landscaping is around the house, in the upscale neighborhood.
