Michael Lohan is finalizing the details on his new rehab center, and he's sharing them only with RadarOnline.com.

Lindsay's dad revealed that the new facility will be located in Pasadena, California. Interestingly enough, that's where the Pasadena Recovery Center, the hospital which hosts Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab, is also located.

"The rehab will treat only women, not men," Lohan told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. "I'm working on fine tuning the therapists and doctors but the financing is in place and it's going to be very religiously oriented."

As RadarOnline.com reported exclusively, Lohan announced he was moving to California to open a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center.

"Yes, it's true, I'll be running it," he said, adding that the center is being backed by a "really well known person", but said he couldn't disclose who it was just yet.

In keeping with his firm views against prescription drugs, Lohan said there will be a strict protocol against pills at the rehab.

"I don't believe in prescription drugs," he said. "If people come in on them they're going to have to get off of them, otherwise they'll be looking for another rehab."

Lohan continued: "I believe spirituality and holistic methods can cure anything. God will be a major element in recovery."
