Jersey Shore's Angelina Pivarnick is taking her beef with VH1's Frank the Entertainer In A Basement Affair star Kerry Schwartz to the boxing ring, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

As previously reported by RadarOnline.com, Angelina refereed a Celebrity Boxing match that Kerry fought in on Saturday that ended with fans heckling and catapulting things at the MTV star.

"Kerry and Angelina have had an on-going rivalry so after the boxing match they really got into it at the VIP area of the bar," a source who was there told RadarOnline.com.

"Instead of fighting in a bar the girls have agreed to take it to the boxing ring in a Celebrity Boxing duel."

RadarOnline.com has learned the fight is tentatively scheduled for November 6, but the location is yet to be announced.

"It will be a reality-TV war between MTV and VH1," the source said.

"And the best part is that they're trying to get Danielle Staub to be the referee!"
