Music’s sexiest stars hit the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday in Los Angeles, dressed to rock---and shock in the Best, Worst & Wackiest Fashions. RadarOnline.com is bringing you all the action from the spectacular star-studded white carpet, where anything can happen---and usually does!

Leave it to Lady Gaga to show up in traffic stopping style! The sassy and wacky singer pranced down the carpet in a Pocahontas meets Medieval Times ensemble from the Alexander McQueen Fall 2010 collection, which she topped off with a feather Mohawk.

Katy Perry skidded onto our Worst Dressed list, looking like a My Little Pony at the Ice Capades in her Spring 2010 Marchesa mini, which she “beautified” with multi-colored streaks in her hair.

The Hills stars all looked fab in totally sexy style. Audrina Patridge (in Isaac Mizrahi) and Stephanie Pratt opted for super cute silver dresses, while Lo Bosworth brought out the golden girl with her Gabriela Cadena cocktail dress.
